This was written this summer - pardon the time frame references..

Well, I have realized that the text on this page has not stood up to the test of time very well so I will be changing most of it.

In 1996 I started dating Justin. He is intensely interested in all things avionic and we spend a great deal of time in airplanes. That picture was taken as he tied down the plane after a short trip up to his parent's house for dinner. During the flight I took this picture of the mountains near 101 in San Martin. That airport is fun because you have to fly right at the mountains to make your approach.. whee.. BTW if you know me and you want to go flying let me know!

That same weekend I went kind of crazy with the camera. It was fun running around and taking pictures of the mountains, my old car, the house where Justin and I lived, and his parent's garden!

Like every summer since I have moved to Cali I went home for the 4th of July! My dad picked me up in Syracuse and the fun did not stop til I got on the plane to come home. The first day (although I had not slept) we went and bought my dad a puppy and I hung out with my brother (who is an amazing artist) and looked at a bunch of his art. He draws comic books and will soon be employed by one of the big comic companies and making lots of money. The next day was the 4th of July and we all went to my Aunt Carole's for a party. It rained all day but that did not bother me cause I got to see my relatives, which is all that mattered. My niece and nephew are growing up and are still terribly cute. That is one of the things I regret about living on the other side of the country is the fact that I will miss them growing up. Here are some pictures of them and the rest of my family for you to see.

Friday I took my brother to a comic book shop and bought him some comics and me some magic cards. (which I shared with Justin) My mother went to a party that night and I think I hung out with my sister. The next day was the 50th wedding anniversary for some relatives of my mother. So we all went to that and had a good time. From there we went to the Mall and I had my glasses fixed and bought the niece and nephew each a hamster. One day we went to see the Hunchback or Notre Dame and it was a good film which I enjoyed quite a bit. The night before I left everyone came over to my mom's house and we played board games. It was perfect. James was there and that just added to the fun. We stayed up very late and then had to get up early in the morning to go to breakfast and then I had to leave for the airport. Leaving was very hard - I miss my family a great deal.

Since I am on the topic of travel... Justin and I also went on a trip to Colorado. We went to see his Aunt play piano in a concert. I had a very good time and got to meet several of his aunts and his grandfather. We had several days in the Denver/Boulder area and went to the mountains and hiked a little bit. We took some very nice pictures and had a wonderful time.

Stalker info follows!

If you know me you are probably aware of this fact, if you don't.. well the long and the short of it is: obsessive ex-boyfriend who vandalized my car, broke into my apartment and stole things, hacked several of my accounts, tried to get me fired from my job at GE, and basically was out to ruin my life. Although he is on the East coast I am still nervous of him and sort of hold my breath when cars drive slow by my house.

Someone at one of Justin's family gatherings asked me how such a nice young woman could have gotten involved with such a man. The answer to that is quite simple - stalkers do not have lables on them nor are they necessarily stalkers then. Anyway, I really don't feel like giving him any more of my time or energy. 'Nuff said.
